Are orders shipped discretely?
Yes, packaging is unmarked.
When will my order be shipped?
It will take up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and shipped once your payment has been confirmed. This does NOT include weekends. Orders placed after 2PM PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you place an order after 2PM PST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following business day.
Where is my shipment?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed. Please note that this time frame does not include weekends. Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be shipped on the next business day. If you place an order after 2 PM PST on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
For USPS shipments, tracking updates may be delayed. Once your package is handed over to USPS or UPS, delivery is solely in their control.

How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, domestic packages should take about 2-3 business days to arrive.
